Aerial Walkways and Zip Wires

We have all seen the ‘Indiana Jones’ movies, the ‘Robin Hood’ type hideouts on the TV or dreamed of the ‘Swiss Family Robinson’ type lifestyle. For those of you lucky enough to have a couple of sturdy trees or the space to put more than one tower up, why not ask us to put a bridge between them to add that extra bit of excitement into your children’s outdoor play experience?

We have been installing bridges ever since we started and have become experts at stringing cables and chains between the trees and towers. So long as we have suitable anchors points, they can be as extravagant as you can imagine. From the basic ‘Burma’ style to the more easily negotiated clatter bridge, or if he gap isn’t too wide, how about linking towers together and use solid handrails.

If you have adventurous toddlers or are concerned about unforeseen accidents, we can put in additional measures to reduce the chance of an unplanned exit! From specialist netting to simply an extra set of handrails for the shorter children.

We’ve been asked to span streams as well as put in an access bridge from a handy bank. Even putting bridges in place to allow wheelchair users to get involved and enable them to access the towers as well.

Just about anything is possible. You’ve only got to ask….as we like to say…”The answers’s yes, now what’s the question?”

Your children’s safety is of paramount importance to us and European safety standards determine how we make and install our equipment.

According to the safety standards, we are obliged to recommend some form of surfacing under any play equipment where your children are over 1.5m off the ground. We are happy to advise you on this and, as you will see, can provide this for you. Where surfacing is shown in the photos it is not included in the price.
