MRS RED CASE STUDY – TREEHOUSE

Mrs Red, who lives in a beautiful house in the heart of the Cotswolds, wanted to have a treehouse installed in her garden that would excite and entertain her son for years to come.

Following an on-site consultation meeting with Mrs Red, PlayAhead came up with a design for timber play equipment that incorporated an 8 x 6 ft treehouse which was fixed up a mature beech tree and included a balcony and fireman’s pole at the front and Juliet balcony at the back. A platform was also fixed to a beech tree 25 ft away from the treeehouse and a Clatter Bridge, leading from said tree to the treehouse, was also integrated.

Elsewhere in the garden, a beautiful wooden swing seat was hung from the branches of an old birch tree.

It took 6 weeks for the play equipment to be installed from initial design sign-off.

And can you guess who was the first person down the fireman’s pole?.. Granny!
