Assault Courses
Before we started making Outdoor Play Equipment,, we were involved with making the stages for outdoor team building events, as well has outdoor education. This background coupled with our experience of providing bespoke outdoor play equipment has given us the perfect ability to make and install Assault Courses.
For the past few years we have been involved in providing Assault Courses for PGL Adventure Holidays at their UK sites. Because we have the flexibility to source whatever materials are needed and make the Assault Course to the required specification, we can use both ours and the clients imagination to come up any manner of challenging obstacles that will challenge even the most enthusiastic and able young people.
More recently, schools have also been asking us to provide them with basic assault course equipment to allow them the opportunity to provide outdoor team-building exercises for their older children as part of their wider P.E. curriculum.
As with everything we make, it is all to order and we will design a bespoke assault course for you that fulfills all your requirements and is great fun too.
All of our Commercial Outdoor Play Equipment is manufactured and installed to BS EN 1176, the timber we use is pressure treated and sourced from FSC sustainable forests in the UK. It is all playgrade quality timber, specifically chosen and machined to minimise the risk of splitting and splintering.
Not all of the assault course elements will require safety surfacing but if it is, we can both advise you on the most cost- effective and suitable options as well as either arrange for installation or do it ourselves. Whatever option you choose it will be done to BS EN 1177.
