Climbing Frames Case Studies
COMMERCIAL CASE STUDY: CLIMBING FRAMES
CUSTOMER: KINDEROOS NURSERY
Kinderoos Nursery is based in Hounslow and caters for children from early years to four years old. The manager wanted to provide some play equipment that was going to improve the older children’s confidence and upper body strength, as well as give them a wider range of outdoor play options. She wanted the equipment to be primarily used by her 3 – 4 year olds.
Following a consultation meeting, PlayAhead designed a bespoke climbing frame that made the most of the small space available. Apparatus included a PLAYtower 4 with ramp, fireman’s pole, climbing wall and scramble net. Grass mat safety surfacing was also installed.
It took 4 weeks to manufacture and install the equipment from design approval.

A climbing frame that included colourful panels under the PLAYtower and had a slide/ramp leading up to it was designed and installed to fit into the limited space available.
It took 6 weeks to manufacture and install the equipment from design approval.
